Michelle Santiago established Santiago Pristine Maid Services, LLC in beautiful and sunny Sarasota, FL, with the mission to bring reliable and affordable cleaning services to all individuals, which met all budgets. After 5 years of enjoying servicing and providing great customer service to their clients, Michelle decided to embark on a new adventure and move to beautiful North Carolina in March 2021. Santiago Pristine is proud to say that we continue to meet all of the expectations we dedicate ourselves to every day.

Santiago Pristine Maid Services, LLC provides cleaning of medical offices to make sure that all of the areas where patients are evaluated and received, are properly sanitized from any harmful bio-hazardous waste and chemicals and diseases.

COMMERCIAL SERVICES:

Santiago Pristine Maid Services, LLC provides a thorough office cleaning, with the same dedication offered to residential and medical offices, by properly sanitizing and cleaning all areas where the client is received and taken care of.
