AWESOME, AWESOME, AWESOME JOB! Santiago Pristine Maid Services, LLC, did an amazing job. I didn't even recognize my house it was that clean. I could not believe how clean and organized all the rooms where. Arrived early and stayed late to get the job done. I look forward to our next appointment!

It was truly a delight to work with Santiago Pristine Maid Services, LLC. I had been so stressed with work, and life events that prevented me from keeping my house in order and clean. Michelle and her team came in and worked tirelessly to make sure my house was deep cleaned from top to bottom. I would 100% recommend them to anybody, and have already scheduled my biweekly cleanings.

Without a doubt, this is the BEST cleaning company in the Winston-Salem area. (And believe me, I have tried many of them.). Michelle is simply the greatest. She is the utmost professional, and she and her team provided top-of-the-line service. My home had never been cleaner! You will NOT find a better service. As Kirsten Dunst says in Bring It On: “Santiago Pristine Maid Service is the poo. So take a big whiff!”They did a fantastic job, very professional and friendly. I will definitely use them again!

I've utilized 3 cleaning services in the last 15 years. All were OK, but after today's cleaning by Santiago, I've finally discovered people who seriously value and take pride in their profession. Michelle and Zach have given me a very high quality housecleaning. Not only are they pros, they listened to and followed every request I made and left my house in pristine condition. They are very pleasant, classy, respectful, and apparently never stop or take a break until they're done (I was here the whole time). Of special note, they are experts with hardwood floors...something no past service was able to do correctly; I've thus been searching to find someone in Winston Salem who knew how to clean AND protect hardwoods. (If I were able to click on more than just 3 things I liked about working with Santiago, I would also click on Value and Punctuality.) p.s. Communication with Michelle has been an absolute breeze, even down to texting me when their ETA was at 8 minutes away. Again, they are PRO's!
